🎁 Player Redemption

How players claim their purchased coins.

Redemption Process

1. Player purchases package on Tebex
2. Receives transaction ID via email
3. Joins the game server
4. Uses /redeem [transactionId] command
5. Coins are added to their account

Redeem Command

/redeem tbx-abc123def456

Finding Transaction ID

Players can find their transaction ID:

1. Email: In the purchase confirmation email
2. Tebex Account: In their purchase history
3. Receipt: On the payment receipt

What Happens on Redemption

1. Script checks if transaction exists in database
2. Verifies it hasn't been redeemed already
3. Adds coins to player's account
4. Marks transaction as redeemed
5. Shows success notification

Security Features

• Each transaction can only be redeemed once
• Transaction is tied to the player who redeems it
• All redemptions are logged

Share this with your players:

How to claim your coins:

1. Purchase a coin package from our store
2. Check your email for the transaction ID
3. Join our server
4. Type: /redeem [your-transaction-id]
5. Your coins will be added instantly!

Example: /redeem tbx-abc123def456

Troubleshooting

"Transaction not found"

• Player may have typed ID incorrectly
• Transaction hasn't synced yet (wait a few minutes)
• Package name doesn't match config

"Already redeemed"

• Transaction was already claimed
• Check database for who redeemed it
